Shipping and Returns

COVID 19 Update 25th June 2020 - we are now shipping standard post again as an option. Please understand there may still be delays with standard and express post. 

COVID 19 Update 1st May 2020 - we are now sending all items only by express post as we are finding express is taking the same amount of time standard shipping used to take. Standard shipping times are exceeding a month in some cases. We have temporarily made the following changes to our shipping terms:

- All parcels ordered from 2nd May will now be sent Express Post but we have had to increase postage slightly to $9.95. This means we are absorbing some of the cost for you as most of you know express costs is a lot more than this. 

- FREE shipping will still apply but as this will now be by express post incurring a big additional charge to our business, minimum spend has been increased to $80. Bulky items will be incur a additional postage charge and will not be eligible for free shipping. 

- We have also added some items to incur an additional ‘bulky’ charge if they weigh more than 500g. 

We take the hassle out of shipping with a flat rate, sitewide shipping of just $7.50 or spend $70 or more for FREE shipping - no code needed (Rates are for Australia only, international rates vary). Tracking is included with every order unless otherwise specified.

IMPORTANT: The following items are handmade:

- knitted bonnets and booties

- Ava hair bows

- Fabric soother chains (in stock) 

- All silicone products including key rings, necklaces,teethers and soother chains

- Super absorbent bibs (these are in stock)

All other items are ready to ship. Exceptions are if the description or title display 'preorder'. Wait time is variable but will be specified in the description.  All orders with preorder or handmade items will be shipped once the final handmade/preorder item is available to send. 

If you need your item sooner please email or DM within 24 hours of your order to arrange (we can only rush a limited number) and select express postage at checkout.  We usually can accomodate most requests unless ordered during a sale.


Please note during sale periods all orders may take longer so it’s important you communicate with us if you require your order quickly to avoid any disappointment. 

Standard items leave our store between 3-7 business days. Personalised products can take up to 3 weeks, but generally ship within 1-2 weeks (if you have a deadline to meet, just contact us and we'll let you know what we can do). If you are ordering in a presale, please take note of the delivery timeframe as noted in the listing.

Pick Up

Pick up can be arranged from our Gawler based studio between the following times;

10am - 3pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Once  receiving your order confirmation  you are able to pick up any time within these times.

We will contact you following 5 days if you have not picked it up to determine if you would like to make alternative arrangements. 

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all your are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Wood is a natural product and slight variances to grain and texture will occur.

We are more than happy to replace any item if it meets the following criteria;
- It is damaged as a result of the shipping process and is reported immediately when receiving it.
- The item is identified as being broken at the time of purchasing at an event, is unused and reported within 30 days. 
- There is identifiable issues with the silicone aspects of the ring..
Please note: Damage and wear and tear from use is not covered in our replacement policy. We advise teethers and soother chains are replaced every 6 months and checked before every use for identifiable wear and tear which may be harmful to baby. Do not allow sucking of clips or chewing on silicone dummy chains. Clip on bottom half of baby's garment to prevent this from happening.
